China Ocean Group Development Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2025. The proposals included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024, which was approved. The re-election of Mr. Liu Rongsheng, Mr. Cai Haiming, Mr. Cai Haipeng, and Mr. Liu Qiang as executive directors was also approved.
