5月25日，远大医药（00512）发布公告，本集团的全球创新治疗蠕形螨睑缘炎产品GPN01768（TP-03，洛替拉纳滴眼液，0.25%）近日获得中国澳门药监局批准上市。这一进展标志着公司在眼科治疗创新领域的重要里程碑，预计将为其在粤港澳大湾区的进一步发展奠定基础，并有助于在中国大陆的市场落地。
GPN01768是针对蠕形螨睑缘炎的首款且唯一一款已获美国FDA批准的治疗药物。该产品在美国的销售表现良好，2024年实现约1.8亿美元的收入，并在2025年第一季度取得约7830万美元的收入，较2024年四季度增长18%。根据统计，中国目前有超过4,000万蠕形螨睑缘炎患者，而市场上尚无针对该病症的有效药物，GPN01768有望填补这一临床空白。
公司将眼科领域作为重要战略发展方向，持续聚焦眼科药物创新，构建了“专业化、全系列、多品种”的创新药物产品体系，未来将有多款创新产品有望获得批准上市。为了提升市场竞争力，公司还建立了以客户为中心的专业化营销团队，并与大型医药流通企业及连锁药店建立了长期稳定的合作关系。随着新产品的持续获批，公司将进一步推动眼科创新领域的发展。
