此前，5月22日，赵丽颖针对与导演赵德胤的绯闻及平台热搜争议，连发三条微博回应，包括使用“算你妹”等措辞，并借机宣传新剧《在人间》。

赵丽颖，1987年10月16日出生于河北省廊坊市，中国内地影视女演员。赵丽颖的演艺之路始于2006年。2013年，《陆贞传奇》让她一炮而红，成为当之无愧的流量小花。但赵丽颖并未止步于此，而是不断挑战自我，在《花千骨》《楚乔传》《风吹半夏》等作品中塑造了一个个深入人心的角色。
