5月25日消息，北大光华四十周年院庆主庆典活动于2025年5月25日在北京大学百周年纪念讲堂举行。北大光华2002级金融硕，现任宁德时代董事会秘书、副总经理蒋理在对话环节表示，在北大系统学习了金融、经济学的知识，为工作奠定了基础。

　　他回忆，自己从学校毕业后加入了投行，用金融帮助实业发展，但后来认识到，单纯的金融，如不深入产业内部，很难了解企业和产业运行的规律和底层逻辑，所以后来又从金融转到实业。

　　谈到自己的名字，蒋理笑称，“在企业里光讲理是没有用的。”（刘丽丽）
