观点网讯：5月25日，华泰紫金苏州恒泰租赁住房封闭式基础设施证券投资基金（简称“华泰苏州恒泰租赁住房REIT”）发布公告，涉及停复牌、暂停恢复基金通平台份额转让业务及交易风险提示。
公告显示，华泰苏州恒泰租赁住房REIT于2025年5月23日收盘价为4.178元/份，相较于基准价2.734元/份涨幅达到52.82%。因此，该基金将于2025年5月26日上海证券交易所开市起停牌1小时，并于10:30复牌。同时，基金通平台份额转让业务亦将同日开市起暂停1小时，随后于10:30恢复。
该REITs的基础设施项目位于江苏省苏州市苏州工业园区启月街1号的菁英公寓项目，由苏州工业园区公租房管理有限公司运营管理，目前经营状况稳定，运作正常，无重大未披露信息。
