多车在苏州充电站起火！蔚来称系被其他品牌引燃，将协助处理
有博主近日发帖称，日前苏州工业园区一充电站多辆汽车起火，涉事车辆包括蔚来等品牌，事件引发关注。5月25日，南都记者了解到，蔚来汽车对此回应称，两辆停放的蔚来汽车被一台发生热损的其他品牌车辆引燃，无人受伤，公司将协助用户处理后续事宜。
有博主近日发帖称，苏州工业园区一充电站多辆汽车起火，涉事车辆包括蔚来等品牌。5月24日晚，蔚来汽车发文表示，同日17时40分左右，一台蔚来ES6、一台蔚来ET7在苏州工业园区一座第三方充电站停放过程中，被一台发生热损的其他品牌车辆引燃。现场未通告人员受伤。
文中提到，蔚来车辆在被引燃后，立即发出后台告警，蔚来工作人员第一时间赶赴现场处理。后续蔚来将协助用户办理保险理赔、沟通车辆复购事宜。
类似事件此前也有发生。南都此前报道，2022年4月19日晚间，北京市石景山区奥动杨庄换电站发生火情。同月25日，奥动新能源回应南都记者称，起火原因系充电舱内一块电池，在非充电时的静置状态下，因自身短路引发热失控。“此次事件造成一块电池因自燃短路被烧毁，另一块电池被温度异常波及，未对人员及车辆造成任何损害，亦未对该换电站及其周遭环境产生影响。”
