智通财经APP获悉，环球新材国际(06616)午后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5%，报3.99港元，成交额2381.99万港元。
消息面上，环球新材国际公布，附属七色鹿寨获独立第三方重庆国际增资5亿元人民币。完成后，七色鹿寨注册资本将增加至1.44亿人民币，由重庆国际持股9.09%，公司持股将由52.22%摊薄至47.48%。由于集团将维持对七色鹿寨董事会架构及日常运营管理的控制权，故于完成后，七色鹿寨仍将作为公司的非全资附属公司，其财务业绩将继续在集团的财务报表中合并。
星光证券发布研报称，环球新材国际是研发、生产、销售珠光材料及合成云母等关键基础性材料的国家级高新技术企业，公司拥有两千余种珠光材料产品，销售网络覆盖全球上百个国家和地区，已在国内乃至全球市场享有较高知名度。2023年以来，公司相继完成对韩国CQV的并购整合、并且与德国默克达成对其表面解决方案业务的收购，通过跨国并购，环球新材国际正加速打开国际市场，成为一家新材料跨国企业。
