智通财经APP获悉，环球新材国际(06616)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.93%，报3.42港元，成交额1152.4万港元。
消息面上，环球新材国际发布公告，于2025年5月24日，七色鹿寨(公司间接非全资附属公司)与重庆国际(为及代表信托行事)订立增资协议，据此，重庆国际同意向七色鹿寨注资人民币5亿元，其中人民币1311.59万元将用于增加其注册资本，人民币4.87亿元将用于其资本储备。完成后，七色鹿寨的注册资本将由人民币1.31亿元增至人民币1.44亿元，七色鹿寨将由截至本公告日期的现有股权持有人持有约90.91%，及由重庆国际持有约9.09%。
公告称，由于注资可在不增加集团杠杆的情况下为集团筹集更多资金，为集团的未来业务拓展及探索集团目前主要从事行业的投资机遇提供资金，故进行增资属合适及恰当。此举亦能促进集团现有业务流的增长，包括开展营销活动、提高产品及服务质量、拓宽销售管道、建设新的生产设施，以及巩固其在中国合成云母行业的领先及杰出地位。
