智通财经APP获悉，国华(00370)再涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.39%，报1.68港元，成交额362.4万港元。
消息面上，国华此前公布，公司名称已更改为"港仔机器人集团控股有限公司"。公司正根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部的规定，向香港公司注册处办理更改公司名称的登记手续。于向香港公司注册处登记更改公司名称后，公司将向联交所申请新中英股票简称。
值得注意的是，港仔机器人旗下的港仔机器人及港仔智慧物管集团与大成环境科技签署了智能机器人合作框架协议。大成环境为丰盛生活服务(00331)全资子公司，而丰盛拥有物业管理及设施管理服务、综合生活服务以及机电工程服务三大业务板块，均为人形机器人重要的使用场景。此外，国华与达闼合作成立港仔机器人，并于3月签订崇明岛人工智能康养项目，为产品落地布局潜在订单。
