BlockBeats News, May 26th, according to The Block, contributors from Synthetix and Derive jointly withdrew a $27 million transaction proposal, in which Synthetix was set to acquire the decentralized options platform Derive (formerly known as Lyra).
The Derive team stated: "After careful consideration and community feedback, the proposed Synthetix and Derive SIP-415 and DIP merger has been mutually withdrawn." Earlier, Synthetix had proposed to acquire the options protocol Derive for $27 million in a token swap.
