快科技5月26日消息，近日李书福的发言引起了热议，在他看来没有从吉利挖人新势力造不出车。
直播中，李书福表示，吉利对全世界许多优秀的汽车公司进行投资、收购合作，学到了很多好技术，请了很多全世界优秀人才到吉利，培养吉利的人才。
现在全中国几乎所有的造车新势力都是到吉利来挖人，他们造车的人才宝库都是在吉利挖过去的。
没有吉利培养那么多人才，他们是造不出车的，所以吉利是中国汽车工业的黄埔军校。
对此，专家储殷教授公开解读称，“汽车新势力们真正踏踏实实从零开始的，耐心做积累的真没几家，因为新势力在这个赛道发展的太快了，而挖来挖去也是这个行业的常态。”
其还罗列了从吉利出走的人才，比如威马汽车沈晖曾加盟吉利，带领团队完成中国汽车工业历史上最大海外并购“吉利收购沃尔沃”，并负责重组沃尔沃全球的治理架构。
又比如威马汽车CFO张然（以前也是吉利的CFO）、周鹏、宝能汽车的管宇（原吉利集团副总裁）原来的吉利汽车研究总院院长胡峥楠（现在去了小米）等等。
