China Everbright Bank (HKG:6818, SHA:601818) applied for the listing and issuance of medium-term bonds amounting to $600 million due 2028, according to a Saturday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The bonds are part of a $6 billion medium-term bond program.
The bonds will be offered exclusively to professional investors, the Chinese lender said.
The company's A shares slipped 1% in recent trade.
