融创中国本金总额约64%的持有人已递交加入重组支持协议函件
5月26日，融创中国（01918）发布公告，截至公告日期，本公司发行的境外美元票据、可转换债券及强制可转换债券未偿还本金总额约82%的持有人已递交加入重组支持协议的函件，及整体而言现有债务未偿还本金总额约64%的持有人已递交加入重组支持协议的函件。此外，本公司知悉若干债权人正在履行必要的程序以加入重组支持协议。
公告中提到，早鸟同意费的截止日期已于2025年5月23日到期，相关费用将以新强制可转换债券的形式支付，金额为同意债权人截至该日期前持有的合格受限债务本金总额的1.0%。
