消息面上，近日，宜明昂科和 Instil Bio, Inc.共同发布IMM2510/AXN-2510临床试验更新以及非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床开发战略。宜明昂科预计将于2025年年底完成IMM2510联合化疗治疗一线非小细胞肺癌患者的II期临床试验入组(包括单药队列)，第三季度完成约60名患者入组工作。宜明昂科预计将在2025年下半年分享该II期临床试验的初步安全性和有效性结果。
此外，国元国际研报指出，宜明昂科是CD47融合蛋白全球创新引领者，管线丰富，在肿瘤及自免领域应用前景广阔。因为公司在CD47方面研发突出，于2024年6月在2024年ASCO年会上作口头报告。竞争格局良好，目前只有宜明昂科及康方生物进行CD47靶点的研究。宜明昂科的创新药竞争格局特别好，上市之后，CD47在激活巨噬细胞等先天性免疫细胞通路其关键作用，市场需求非常大，各种肿瘤以及自免疾病都需要单独使用或者联合用药。
