中核国际(2302.HK)今日大涨，盘中一度飙升31.46%报2.34港元，股价创2024年7月以来新高。
中核国际是中核集团旗下的二级成员单位，是中核集团专门从事海外铀资源开发业务的平台。消息面上，当地时间5月23日，美国总统特朗普签署四项与核能相关的行政命令，包括加速反应堆测试，允许能源部和国防部在联邦土地上建造核反应堆，全面改革核管理委员会(NRC)，并推动美国铀矿开采与浓缩能力提升。投行Jefferies表示，美国的行政令可能大幅提高铀需求。
该行称，美国总统特朗普签署的四项以核能为重点的行政命令标志著美国数十年来对核能产业最大力度的干预。分析师Daniel Roden表示，这些政策要求美国核能管理委员会进行监管改革，加快先进反应堆的开发，并支持整个核燃料循环前端。这些行政命令到2035年可能带来约35吉瓦的新增核电装机容量，同时其他资产将得到升级并延长服役时间。这意味着到2035年，U3O8的需求量预计将从每年4000万磅增加1000万-1500万磅/年，仅初始堆芯装载在2030年代初就需要1200万-1500万磅。
