智通财经APP获悉，新华保险(01336)盘中涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.67%，报32.7港元，成交额1.31亿港元。
消息面上，新华保险公布，于2025年5月22日，该公司与基金管理人国丰兴华及基金托管人广发银行北京分行签署《国丰兴华鸿鹄志远二期私募证券投资基金基金合同》。根据基金合同，国丰兴华将发起设立国丰兴华鸿鹄志远二期私募证券投资基金(暂定名，最终以中国证券投资基金业协会登记备案为准)，基金成立规模为人民币200亿元，该公司出资人民币100亿元认购私募基金份额。
据悉，截至2025年3月初，鸿鹄基金一期已成功投资落地500亿元，实现了风险低于基准、收益高于基准的良好业绩表现。此前，在金融监管总局的指导和支持下，新华保险与中国人寿分别出资250亿元，共同出资500亿元发起设立鸿鹄私募证券投资基金(即“鸿鹄一期”)，是首只险资系私募证券投资基金。
