新地(00016.HK) 旗下西沙SIERRA SEA第1B期压轴一轮销售全数沽清。新地副董事总经理雷霆表示，有见拆息和按揭利息下调，银行存款利息持续低企，SIERRA SEA创造了一手卖楼热点，可谓吸纳各类买家的世界盘。公司下半年将继续推售，包括屯门NOVO Land第3A期、启德天玺．天第2期及西沙SIERRA SEA第2A期，共提供约2,000伙。
对于SIERRA SEA的销情，新地代理执行董事陈汉麟指，项目经过6轮推售仍有很多向隅客。上周六(24日)销售日共有12组大手客购买两伙单位，最大手一组拆资超过1,700万元，购入2伙三房单位。A、B组销售卖过程皆非常畅顺，截至下午3时多全部单位已获认购。两期项目共售出逾1,520伙单位，套现约85亿元，平均每伙成交金额超过550万元。
他续指，总结整体客源分布广阔，其中港岛及九龙客占25%，沙田、西贡及大埔区占三分之二，其余为新界其他地区。相信随着更多人认识SIERRA SEA，未来将有更多其他地区的客源加入。另外国内客占超过两成，更有增长趋势，投资客占超过三成。(sl/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-23 16:25。)
