消息面上，5月25日，远大医药再度迎来重磅产品的进展利好，其用于治疗蠕形螨睑缘炎的全球创新眼科药物GPN01768(TP-03，洛替拉纳滴眼液，0.25%)已在中国澳门获批上市，将为该地区的蠕形螨睑缘炎患者提供全新治疗方案。
据悉，GPN01768为全球首款及唯一一款FDA批准用于治疗蠕形螨睑缘炎的创新药物，远大医药拥有其在大中华区的独家开发、生产及商业化权益，早前该产品国内新药上市申请(NDA)已获得国家药监局的受理。此次GPN01768落地中国澳门，不仅为该产品未来在粤港澳大湾区的上市提供助力，同时也有望进一步促进其在中国大陆的落地。
此前，GPN01768已于2023年在美国获批上市，并表现出强劲的市场渗透率及业绩增长潜力。该产品2024年取得1.80亿美元收入，共计售出16.3万瓶；2025年一季度，GPN01768在美国实现了7,830万美元的销售额，较2024年四季度增长了18%。
