消息面上，金朝阳集团发布公告称，要约人建议以协议安排方式将公司私有化计划股并未于法院会议上获得批准，其中，反对票数占39.52%。因此，决议案将不会生效，特别股息将不会派发。要约人Earning Ease此前建议以协议安排方式将金朝阳私有化，每股总注销价8.5港元，包括现金7.5港元；及以现金支付特别股息1港元。
