5月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，中远海运发展股份有限公司2021年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券（第二期）信用评级获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，中远海运发展股份有限公司公司（以下简称“公司”）是中国远洋海运集团有限公司（以下简称“中远海运集团”）旗下航运产融运营平台，主营业务为船舶租赁、集装箱租赁和集装箱制造，各业务均居世界前列，在国际、国内市场均具有突出的品牌优势，行业地位突出。2024年，全球经济温和复苏带动贸易增长，航运市场运输需求稳步提升，集装箱租造及船舶租赁市场总体呈现稳中向好行情，公司营业总收入较上年大幅增长，盈利能力有所提升，投资收益仍为公司利润主要来源；公司债务规模有所下降，但整体债务负担仍重；经营活动现金流净额有所增加，经营获现能力仍较强；公司长短期偿债指标表现一般，融资渠道畅通。
