Odaily星球日报讯 Blockstream CEO Adam Back 领投瑞典健康科技公司 H100 Group AB 的一轮 220 万美元融资，所筹资金将用于购入比特币。H100 于 5 月 25 日表示，该笔资金将通过 0%利率的可转债形式注入，用于执行其比特币储备战略。 其中，Adam Back 出资约 140 万美元，其余 80 万美元由多家投资机构提供。按当前市价估算，H100 可增持约 20.18 枚比特币，加上 5 月 22 日购入的 4.39 枚，预计总持仓将达约 24.57 枚 BTC。 H100 表示，此次转债将于 2028 年 6 月 15 日到期，期间可随时按每股 1.3 瑞典克朗（约 0.11 美元）转换为公司股份，若未来股价连续 60 日上涨超过 33%，公司可强制转股。 受该比特币购入计划提振，H100 股价自 5 月 22 日以来累计上涨超 40%。公司称，将比特币纳入资产负债表，是出于对“个体自主”价值的高度认同，亦成为瑞典首家实施比特币国库策略的上市公司。（Cointelegraph）
