M3-Brigade Acquisition V Corp., a company listed on NASDAQ, has announced the completion of a significant transaction involving the purchase of sponsor interests by MI7 Sponsor, LLC and Reeve Collins, co-founder of Tether. This transaction includes the acquisition of 7,187,500 Class B ordinary shares and 5,043,750 private placement warrants from the original sponsor, M3-Brigade Sponsor V LLC, for a total of $6,467,500. An additional purchase of 3,293,750 private placement warrants from Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is expected. Following this, M3-Brigade plans to rebrand as CCRC Digital Assets Corp. and will be targeting business combinations within the digital assets sector. Leadership changes include the appointment of Reeve Collins as CEO and Chinh Chu as president.
