2025年5月27日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中国能源建设股份有限公司2024年度第二期绿色中期票据(碳中和债)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于中国能源建设股份有限公司（以下简称“中国能建”或“公司”）在能源电力设计、建设方面具有突出的全产业链竞争优势；新签合同额持续增长、业主结构较优，项目承揽能力极强；业务多元化程度高，且产业链相关业务可对盈利形成有益补充以及经营获现良好，具备极强的财务弹性等方面的优势。同时，中诚信国际也关注到国内建筑行业整体承压及海外项目占比高带来的经营不确定性；未来仍将有较大规模的投资支出，债务面临持续上升压力以及公司子公司众多且涉及多个行业，存在一定管理难度等因素对公司经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，中国能源建设股份有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
