　　5月26日消息，港股芯片股盘初冲高，截至发稿，华虹半导体涨超4%，中芯国际涨近3%，上海复旦涨超2%。

　　消息面上，海光信息5月25日公告称，公司与中科曙光正在筹划由海光信息通过向中科曙光全体A股换股股东发行A股股票的方式换股吸收合并中科曙光，并发行A股股票募集配套资金。据悉，中科曙光在高端计算、存储、云计算等领域具有深厚积累，海光信息则专注于国产架构CPU、DCU等核心芯片设计。

　　开源证券此前表示，在并购重组政策支持与半导体景气复苏的共同驱动下，2025年以来半导体行业迎来新一轮并购浪潮。国开证券也表示，半导体行业技术壁垒高，并购可快速获取关键技术或市场份额。当前IPO节奏放缓，未盈利企业更倾向于通过被并购实现退出。此外，行业周期复苏改善企业现金流，为并购提供资金支持。
