智通财经APP获悉，东阳光长江药业(01558)盘中涨超6%，高见15.54港元创2020年7月以来新高，月内股价已累涨超两成。截至发稿，涨3.7%，报15.14港元，成交额1.14亿港元。
消息面上，华福证券指出，特发性肺纤维化研发进展沉寂近十年，BI PDE4B实现突破，建议关注相关管线价值。东阳光药的伊非尼酮为吡非尼酮衍生物，在临床前数据中，伊非尼酮的体外活性是吡非尼酮的200-500倍以上，体内药效作用是吡非尼酮的40倍，且安全窗高于上市药物，目前中美I期已完成，国内处于II期临床，且II期临床已经获得中期分析。
此外，摩根士丹利近期发布研报称，上调东阳光长江药业目标价11.1%，从12.6港元升至14港元，维持“增持”评级。该行指，将2027-2030年盈利预测上调2-11%，对该公司的基本假设认为，预计2025年及以后年销售额将稳定在约40亿元人民币或以上。
