Odaily星球日报讯 尽管美国国会正在推动《Genius Act》等稳定币监管法案，全球最大稳定币发行方 Tether 表示其主要业务重心仍将放在美国以外的市场。Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino 表示，公司关注该法案如何区分本土与境外发行人，并希望在合规的前提下保持全球业务拓展。 目前 Tether 的 USDT 占据全球稳定币市场超过 60%的份额，用户主要分布于新兴市场。Ardoino 指出，相比美国多样化的支付系统（如 Zelle、PayPal 等），Tether 服务的重点是全球尚未充分接入传统金融体系的 30 亿未开户用户。 尽管目前不直接服务美国客户，Tether 大部分储备资产已符合拟议法规要求，部分资产如比特币和抵押贷款仍超出合规范围。Ardoino 表示，公司正考虑发行一种完全符合监管标准的新稳定币，以吸引机构投资者，并正在推进由四大会计师事务所审计储备资产的工作。 他补充称：“全审计是我们的首要任务。”（Bloomberg）
