【KindlyMD首次购买21枚BTC并将纳入其比特币财务战略】金色财经报道，纳斯达克上市公司KindlyMD宣布以每枚比特币109,027美元的加权平均价格购入21枚比特币（相当于比特币总供应量的百万分之一），总价值约230万美元，据悉这是该公司首次购入比特币，使用了公司部分未偿认股权证行使所得8,748,370美元总收益的部分资金。此前KindlyMD股东已同意与特朗普关联的比特币公司Nakamoto合并，合并预计将在双方提交SEC信息声明20天后完成，最终交割定于2025年第三季度。
