智通财经APP讯，晶泰控股(02228)发布公告，温书豪博士、马健博士及赖力鹏博士(联合创始人)(均为公司联合创始人兼执行董事)各自实益持有的股份更新的禁售承诺届满日期为2025年6月12日。
公司已获告知，联合创始人为表达对公司长远价值及未来前景的信心，已各自自愿承诺自2025年6月13日起至2026年6月12日止(包括首尾两日)额外十二个月内，不会出售彼等各自以个人名义拥有实益权益的公司股份。
于本公告日期，禁售股份总数为5.91亿股，占公司已发行股本的14.71%，其中温博士拥有3.03亿股股份的权益，占公司已发行股本的7.54%，马博士拥有1.68亿股股份的权益，占公司已发行股本的4.18%，而赖博士拥有1.20亿股股份的权益，占公司已发行股本的2.99%。禁售股份指各联合创始人以个人名义拥有实益权益的所有股份。
