由新世界发展(00017.HK) 、帝国集团、资本策略(00497.HK) 、丽新发展(00488.HK) 及港铁公司(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑滶晨早前上载首张销售安排，招标发售91伙。新世界发展营业及市务部总监何家欣表示，今日(26日)为项目首日截标，暂时亦收到不少标书，最快24小时内开标。
何家欣指，滶晨自上周四上载销售安排以来，市场反应踊跃，客户尤其对四房大宅感兴趣。现时有约六成客户为本地富豪，主要来自山顶南区及九龙区，其余为来自内地及外国的富豪。
新世界发展策略设计部总监郑静如指，项目示范单位为第1座(1A)38楼P2，属经改动示范单位，单位实用面积1,706平方呎，设独立私人升降机前厅。原则属于四房两套及工人房连洗手间间隔，经改动后间隔改成三房两套及工人房连洗手间间隔。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-26 12:25。)
