【平治信息：签订2.46亿元AI算力技术服务框架协议】金十数据5月26日讯，平治信息公告，公司与中国电信股份有限公司陕西分公司签订了《AI算力》技术服务框架协议，总金额合计约为2.46亿元。根据《深圳证券交易所创业板股票上市规则》等相关规定，该合同属于公司日常经营合同，亦不构成关联交易。合同内容包括AI算力服务、算力支撑、数据安全等，付款方式为分期支付，协议有效期为60个月。此次合作将对公司未来经营业绩产生促进作用，但实际执行金额以具体订单为准。
