智通财经APP讯，中国中冶(01618)发布公告，根据国务院国有资产监督管理委员会关于中央企业财务决算审计工作的相关规定及公司关于审计师招投标的相关安排，公司拟不再续聘安永华明会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(安永华明)为公司核数师及内控审计机构。安永华明将于公司2024年度股东周年大会结束时退任公司核数师及内控审计机构。
经公司财务与审计委员会建议，董事会于2025年5月28日作出决议，建议委任德勤华永会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(德勤华永)为公司2025年度核数师及内控审计机构。
