智通财经APP获悉，据报道，摩根士丹利(MS.US)计划于2025年6月在纽约市的七个办公室裁减大约230名员工，此次裁员是其成本控制和人员调整战略的一部分，以应对市场波动和政策不确定性。裁员预计将于2025年6月17日正式生效。此次裁员虽然在数量上相对较小，但却是公司全球范围预计裁减约2,000个岗位行动的一部分(不包括金融顾问职位)。
报道称，这230个裁员岗位将分布在公司位于纽约市的七个办公室，但摩根士丹利尚未说明哪些部门或职位将受到影响。
据悉，摩根士丹利全球员工总数，2024年底约80,478人，2025年3月底约81,023人，本轮裁员将占全球员工总数的约2%至3%。
据报道，截至目前，摩根士丹利尚未就此次裁员的具体情况做出公开回应，也未确认哪些办公室和部门将受到最大影响。不过，随着裁员执行日期的临近，预计公司将公布更多相关细节。
