KLN Logistics Group Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were put forward and approved. These included receiving and considering the audited financial statements and the reports of the directors and the auditor for the year ended 31 December 2024. All resolutions presented were passed as ordinary resolutions.
