智通财经APP获悉，弘业期货(03678)盘中涨近7%，截至发稿，涨3.67%，报3.11港元，成交额1.07亿港元。
消息面上，弘业期货公告称，公司此前披露，全称拟由“弘业期货股份有限公司”变更为“苏豪弘业期货股份有限公司”，证券简称由“弘业期货”变更为“苏豪期货”。公司决定终止变更证券简称、英文简称，即公司证券简称仍为“弘业期货”，英文简称仍为“Holly Futures”，保留对公司全称的变更以及《公司章程》修订的内容。
弘业期货第一季度报告显示，营业总收入6.43亿元人民币，同比增加259.09%；归母净利润120.32万元，同比扭亏为盈。中国期货业协会数据显示，一季度全行业期货公司合计实现净利润24.79亿元，同比增长超六成。此外，中粮期货党委书记、总经理吴浩军表示，未来期货行业两极分化趋势或将更加明显，兼并重组机会显现。
