京投交通科技与京投公司签署地铁通信业务合作协议
5月28日，京投交通科技（01522）发布公告，2024年12月19日，与京投公司于签订了合作协议，主要涉及北京地铁线的民用通信传输业务。根据协议，京投公司将为京投卓越提供必要的资源，以支持其民用通信业务的运营与发展。
公告中指出，自2014年起，京投卓越一直未向京投公司支付使用资源的费用，直至2024年11月京投公司发出通知，要求自2024年1月1日起开始收费。根据协议，京投卓越将在2024至2026年期间，针对255个在营运的地下车站支付费用，预计分别为3580万元、3840万元及4360万元（相当于3870万元、4150万元及4710万元港元）。合作协议的年度上限分别为4400万元、5600万元及6400万元（相当于4760万元、6050万元及6920万元港元）。
此次交易需经过股东特别大会的批准，会议定于2025年6月19日召开。董事会认为该交易符合公司的整体利益，并建议股东支持相关决议案。
