Two units of Tuya (HKG:2391) agreed to procure construction services from Zhejiang Yijian Construction for a total of 453.3 million yuan on Tuesday, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Units Hangzhou Tuya Jiuzhou Technology and Hangzhou Tuya Baji Technology are getting above-ground construction services for work on two parcels of land located in Xihu District, China. The work is expected to be completed within 800 calendar days.
The units had previously, in November 2024, hired Zhejiang Yijian Construction to provide underground construction services for the land parcels for a total sum of 19.5 million yuan.
