智通财经APP讯，福森药业(01652)发布公告，本公司获曹智铭先生(前称曹笃笃先生)告知，归属安排已于2025年5月23日生效，而根据授产安排契据及投资管理协议已免除曹先生为福森信托的投资管理人的职务。因此，曹智铭先生已获授予投资及管理职能以及指示福森信托受托人据此投票的权力，曹智铭先生届时有权对福森信托股份附带的投票权行使控制及指示权。
曹智铭先生于本公司的投票权因归属安排已由1.55亿股股份(占已发行股份总数约20.92%)增加至3.35亿股股份(占已发行股份总数约45.29%)。
