TradingKey - 在美国总统特朗普透露支持新日铁和美国钢铁“计划中的合作”后，26日周一新日铁股价上涨5%。不过，特朗普的模糊表态可能暗示，这一重大收购案或还有变数。
5月23日，特朗普发文称，经过深思熟虑和谈判，他同意美国钢铁（X）和新日铁（5401）之间计划的合作，这将创造至少7万个就业岗位，并为美国经济贡献140亿美元，大部分交易将在未来14个月完成。
26日早盘，新日铁股价上涨约5%，现报3008日圆。上周五，美国钢铁股价大涨21.24%，至52.01美元。
2023年底，全球第四大钢铁制造商新日铁计划以149亿美元收购美国钢铁公司，但因工会反对、国家安全等因素被叫停。特朗普对新日铁收购美国钢铁态度的转变恰逢美日贸易谈判之际。
有观点称，鉴于美日之间的关税谈判正在进行中，与两个月前相比，情况显然正在朝着解决的方向发展。
不过，特朗普警告称，美国钢铁将仍然由美国控制，否则他不会同意达成这笔协议。
有分析师表示，这一动态短期内是有提振意义的，但事情可能会根据特朗普的言论发生重大变化，很难认为这一事件具有绝对意义。
