格隆汇5月27日｜标普全球市场财智发表报告指，4月份亚太地区的并购数量同比下降3.4%至719宗，主要由于关税不确定性以及地缘政治风险令前景不明朗。并购价值降至187亿美元，为16个月以来的最低水平。

细分行业方面，科技、媒体和电信类的交易数量由147宗降至82宗，而消费行业则由113宗降至71宗，降幅超过其他行业的增长，例如医疗保健行业的并购数量由19宗增长逾一倍至51宗。工业的并购活动按年下降22.5%，而金融业跌幅度则较小，为14%。按地区区分，中国内地的总交易数量同比增长17.5%至181宗，印度的交易数量亦增长4.3%至96宗。
