Odaily星球日报讯 迪拜土地局（DLD）与房地产金融科技公司 Prypco 和基础设施提供商 Ctrl Alt 合作，推出首个房地产代币化平台 Prypco Mint。该平台将房产所有权契约代币化，并同步官方房地产记录，部署于 XRP Ledger 区块链。此举是政府支持项目的一部分，预计到 2033 年将代币化迪拜房地产市场的 7%，即 160 亿美元。平台目前仅支持阿联酋迪拉姆交易，仅限阿联酋身份证持有者使用，未来将拓展全球访问权限。Zand 数字银行担任其银行合作伙伴，监管由阿联酋中央银行、迪拜虚拟资产监管局（VARA）及迪拜未来基金会的房地产沙盒负责。
