Verint Systems Inc. has announced a significant $13 million multi-year agreement with a leading U.S. insurance company to enhance its customer experience operations. The deal involves deploying AI-powered bots to automate manual workflows, initially impacting 6,500 agents with plans to expand to over 12,000. This initiative aims to boost workforce capacity, increasing supervisor capacity by more than 50% and agent capacity by over 25%. Verint's Chief Product Officer, Jaime Meritt, highlighted that this move will drive substantial savings and improve experiences for employees and customers, achieving more than a 10x return on investment. The deal is part of Verint's Fiscal Q1 roadmap.
