2025年5月26日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，2023年广西柳工机械股份有限公司向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于广西柳工机械股份有限公司（以下简称“柳工”或“公司”）核心产品维持高市占率、产品结构丰富、2024年销量回升、收入及盈利水平均有所提升、设立印尼金融公司为海外业务赋能、弱周期板块有利于平滑行业周期性波动以及融资渠道畅通等方面的优势对公司整体信用实力提供的有力支持。同时，中诚信国际关注到经营环节占款规模较大、面临一定的或有负债和海外业务风险等因素对公司经营及整体信用状况影响。
中诚信国际认为，广西柳工机械股份有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
