智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月23日，阳光100中国(02608)股东将股票由海通国际证券转入招商银行，转仓市值428.23万港元，占比16.79%。
5月26日，阳光100中国公布，公司获悉，海通国际证券集团有限公司(海通)已于2025年5月21日和2025年5月22日于公开市场出售由乐升控股有限公司(乐升)质押予海通的共计521,153,000股公司股份(占公司已发行股本约20.43%)。
已出售股份乃根据该公司(作为借款人)与海通(作为贷款人)于2019 年6 月26日订立的融资协议质押予海通。出售已出售股份后，乐升仍持有公司563,379,439股股份(占公司已发行股本约22.09%)。出售已出售股份后，乐升不再为公司控股股东，亦不再控制或持有公司 30% 或以上的投票权。
