Rox Resources (ASX:RXL) said its 35,000 meters step-up drill program at the Youanmi gold project in Western Australia indicated high-grade zones continue at depth, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered significant intercepts of 11.9 meters at 4.37 grams per tonne grade of gold from 451 meters, two meters at 4.59 g/t gold from 58 meters, and five meters at 5.33 g/t gold from 53 meters. Its mineral resource estimate upgrade is on track for July.
It is continuing to conduct diamond drilling at the key deposits along the high-grade Youanmi mineralized corridor.
