Worley Limited has announced an agreement to sell its Worley Field Services (WFS) business in the UK to the Poluma Group, the parent company of Allied Protek. The transaction will be carried out through a share sale, with Poluma Group acquiring all shares in Worley Field Services Limited. This sale is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be finalized by June 27, 2025. The decision to divest WFS aligns with Worley's strategic portfolio management. Post-sale, WFS will rebrand as Allied Protek Field Services but will continue to operate as a standalone entity. The move is seen as a significant growth opportunity for WFS, which has been serving the UK for 60 years.
