【三星目标今年7~8月通过英伟达HBM3E验证】金十数据5月28日讯，三星目标在2025年7~8月通过英伟达的12层HBM3E品质验证测试。此前，三星传针对HBM3E使用的第四代10纳米级（1a）DRAM进行结构重整，不过英伟达以速度未达标准为由，未给予供货批准。韩国业界人士指出，若三星2025年无法供应12层HBM3E给英伟达，其2026年的HBM策略将势必要大幅修正，甚至可能放弃该HBM3E产品，转而专注第六代HBM（HBM4）。
