2025年5月27日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中国交通建设集团有限公司2024年面向专业机构投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券(第一期)(品种一)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于中国交通建设集团有限公司（以下简称“中交集团”或“公司”）在基建领域保持稳固的龙头地位，竞争实力极强；新签合同额和项目质量持续提升、技术实力不断增强；在基建领域具有全产业链和全球化布局，保持良好的盈利能力；融资渠道畅通，保持极强的财务弹性等方面的优势。同时中诚信国际也关注到建筑施工及房地产行业景气度不高使得公司面临经营业绩增长、流动性管理及资产减值压力；房地产和海外业务仍面临一定不确定性；总债务规模持续上升，需关注后续资本支出压力和投资项目运营效益变化等因素对公司经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，中国交通建设集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
