据《央视》从国家烟草专卖局获悉，内地电子烟监管体系再升级，从源头产能管控到终端市场整治，推动产业规范治理。内地近期新修订《电子烟相关生产企业、批发企业烟草专卖许可证管理细则》，自今年6月起，所有电子烟生产企业许可证将标注核定产能，对产品质量、能耗、环保、消防、安全生产达不到标准及生产不合格产品的，坚决淘汰相应产能，积极构建电子烟全链条监管体系。(ta/w)
