BlockBeats 消息，5 月 28 日，据 Circle 的 IPO 文件披露，其于 2025 年 1 月以 990 万美元现金和约 290 万股全额归属普通股（总价值约 9980 万美元）收购了 RWA 发行商 Hashnote。Hashnote 由 Cumberland Labs 投资 500 万美元启动，是 U.S. Yield Coin（USYC）的发行方，自收购以来其在代币化美债产品中的市场份额有所下降。
Hashnote 发行了价值 13 亿美元的 USYC 代币，去年其增长迅猛，成为市场上最大的代币化美国国债产品。
