智通财经APP获悉，同程旅行(00780)绩后高开逾3%，截至发稿，涨3.41%，报21.2港元，成交额554.44万港元。
消息面上，5月23日，同程旅行发布2025年一季度业绩报告。财报显示，同程旅行一季度实现营收43.77亿元，同比增长13.2%;经调整EBITDA达11.59亿元，同比增长41.3%;经调整净利润为7.88亿元。
截至2025年一季度末，同程旅行年付费用户(APU)创下历史新高，达2.47亿。同程旅行APP的日活用户数(DAU)增长强劲。为进一步提升用户的满意度和忠诚度，同程旅行新增了最高等级的黑卡会员，在原有的贵宾服务基础上增加了酒店免费退改、积分全额抵扣房费、消费累计全国各大航司积分、24小时独立私人管家服务等超50项权益。
中金发布研报指出，同程旅行1Q25收入同增13%至44亿元，高于市场预期1%，主要系交通收入超预期;Non-IFRS归母净利润7.8亿元，超市场预期6%，对应18% Non-IFRS 净利润率，系良好费控带来的经营杠杆。随着旅游消费继续维持韧性，该行预计2Q核心OTA业务收入维持10-15%同比增速。
